How marketing teams use IntelliTasks

See it work

Three moments from a marketing team's week

Short clips recorded in IntelliTasks with sample data. The board columns are a suggestion: they can be renamed and reordered to match how your team works.

A Customer story video card is dragged from Ideas through Briefed, In production, In review and Scheduled to Published, where it is marked Done.

Plan campaigns as epics on a roadmap

Each campaign becomes an epic, and its emails, posts and assets sit beneath it as stories and tasks. Plan each campaign wave as a sprint, and the roadmap lays the epics out against the waves, so overlaps are visible before the work starts.

  • Epics with child stories, tasks and subtasks
  • Campaign waves planned as sprints, with progress shading on the roadmap
  • Epics with nothing planned yet listed as not yet scheduled
Close-up of the roadmap: six campaign epics laid out across the campaign waves, each bar shaded by the share of its work that is finished, and the epic not yet scheduled below.

Keep briefs and assets beside the work

Write the brief in Documents, link it to the card, and upload drafts to the item or to Files. Version history in Documents shows what changed between one draft of a brief and the next.

  • Documents with version history and comments
  • Files grouped by project and by ticket
  • Mention work items and link pages from any document

Show progress against goals

Set a goal with a target date and link the campaign epics to it. Progress is calculated from the finished children of the linked epics, and Insights shows throughput and where work is sitting.

  • Goals with a target date
  • Completed per week and cycle time in Insights
  • Filters kept in the address, so a view can be shared

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I use IntelliTasks without sprints?

Yes. A project can run in Board-only mode, which is a kanban board without sprints, and you can switch modes at any time.

Where do campaign briefs and assets go?

Briefs are written in Documents and can be linked to a work item. Assets can be attached to the item or kept in Files, which groups attachments by ticket.

Can leadership see progress without joining every project?

Yes. Goals show progress from linked epics, and an Insights view can be shared as a link. Project roles let you give someone read-only access.

Can I import work from another tool?

Yes. Owners and admins can use the import wizard for Jira (CSV or JSON) and Trello (JSON) exports.
